Can we return items that we purchased from Bows Boutique or Ebay?
Unfortunately not, we can only accept returns from the official Nicola T's Boutique - website. Please note that acceptance of returns are subject to our standard Terms and Conditions of purchase, which are published on the website.
How do I track my parcel?
Go to the Order Tracking section, enter your email address, which must be identical to the one you provided when placing your order, (case sensitive). Then place your Merchant Cart Reference ID which is no longer than four digits. You should now see your parcel status.
Are the garments generous or limiting in relation to the sizes?
The garments are standard UK sizes, however the Hoodies have been designed to be tight fitting. Therefore, if you prefer a more relaxed fit, then we suggest that you select one size bigger. As a reference, the photographs of Nicola contained on the website, who is a size 8, is wearing the small Hoodie and T-shirt.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Unfortunately not, all orders must be placed on the website.
